The Investment: How the Experience Works
The Luxe Legacy Experience is secured in two phases: the Retainer, which guarantees your session, and the Artwork Investment, which is made after you see your finished images.
1. The Non-Refundable Retainer Secures Your Session
The Retainer is a service fee that secures your date and covers the time, artistry, and expertise required to plan and execute your customized experience.
Your Retainer Secures the Following Services:
- Pre-session phone consultation and detailed session planning.
- 60–90 minute storytelling portrait session.
- Up to 2 locations or outfit changes.
- Emotional guidance throughout the shoot.
- In-person or Zoom artwork design appointment.
2. Artwork is Purchased Separately Through Collections
All final artwork is purchased at your design appointment through one of our curated Collections..

How far in advance should I book my Legacy Session?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for weekend or seasonal dates. For the First Year Legacy, planning before your pup arrives or within the first few months is ideal.
What if my dog doesn’t behave or is shy around strangers?
Don’t worry—this experience is designed for dogs of all temperaments. With patience, treats, and a calm approach, even the shyest pups open up. The session is stress-free, and nothing is rushed.
Can I be in the photos, too?
Absolutely. These sessions are about celebrating the bond you share. Whether it’s a quiet cuddle or a playful moment, we’ll capture the connection that means the world to you.
What’s included in the investment?
Each collection includes carefully curated artwork, digital images, and creative planning. You'll also have access to handcrafted Italian products and bespoke upgrades like the Legacy Sketch Portrait.
Do you offer payment plans?
At this time, we do not offer payment plans. Full payment is due at the time of booking. This ensures your session is fully reserved and allows us to begin planning your personalized experience immediately.
What happens if my dog gets sick or passes away before all sessions are complete?
In the event of illness or loss, unused sessions may be credited toward a legacy tribute session or customized artwork using existing photos. While refunds are not provided, we’ll work with you compassionately to honor your pet's journey.
Can I order additional artwork later?
Yes. Once your final gallery is ready, you’ll have time to select additional pieces beyond what's included in your collection. Many clients choose to expand their artwork as their story unfolds.
Where do the sessions take place?
All Luxe Legacy sessions are done in the comfort of your home or outdoor space, where your pet feels most relaxed and confident. Whether it’s their favorite chair, sun-drenched window, or the backyard they rule like royalty, we’ll create meaningful portraits right where memories happen.
Do you charge travel fees?
Travel within 25 miles of Tampa Bay is included. For locations beyond that, a small travel fee may apply based on distance and travel time. We’ll discuss this in your pre-session consultation to make sure everything is clear and transparent.
How long does it take to receive my album or artwork?
After your image selection appointment, design and production take approximately 6–8 weeks depending on the product. Italian-crafted albums and wall art are handmade with care, and you’ll be notified as soon as your finished heirlooms are ready for delivery or pickup.
