This is our process:
I. Book the date.
A non-refundable Bespoke Session & Design Retainer is paid to secure your date. This retainer covers our time, talent, detailed session planning, and the artistic selection and preparation of your private reveal gallery. It is paid upon booking and does not include any digital files or physical products.
II. Take your photos.
We will meet at your chosen location for a fun and relaxed session, capturing your pet's personality.
III. Deliver your memories.
You will receive a stunning gallery of images, where you can choose from a selection of a la carte products, or you can choose one of our curated collections for greater savings on your digital files and favorite products.

To begin your HelgaZimages journey, a non-refundable 195.00 Bespoke Session & Design Retainer is required.
This retainer is your investment in a fully customized pet portrait experience. It reserves your place on our calendar and covers the professional expertise, artistic direction, and preparation required to create timeless imagery of your beloved companion.
Your Retainer includes:
- Personalized Consultation & Planning: Dedicated one-on-one time to design your dream session, including location scouting (studio or outdoor), detailed timeline planning, and customized styling advice.
- Creative Commission & Session Time: The full 1–2 hour photography experience itself, capturing your pet's unique personality and preserving your cherished bond.
- Professional Artistry & Editing: Thoughtful selection and artistic preparation of your private image gallery for the final reveal.
- Your Exclusive Photo Reveal & Ordering Appointment: A guided presentation of your gallery, with expert support in choosing favorite images and designing bespoke wall art and keepsakes.
Please Note: The $195 Retainer is a fee for service and does not include any digital files or printed products. Products are purchased separately through our curated Collections and our A La Carte menu following your Photo Reveal.

Gifting & Certificates
Fine Art Commission Gift Certificates are non-refundable and hold a monetary credit that can be applied toward the portrait session fee and any of our heirloom wall art or print collections. To validate the certificate and schedule your session, the Unique Code on the voucher must be provided at the time of booking. All certificates must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of purchase and are subject to the artist's availability. The credit cannot be exchanged for cash, and once the session is booked, standard cancellation and rescheduling policies apply.
